## Description

### **We're Hiring Senior Sales !**

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Represent the company’s products and services with a deep understanding of real estate offerings
-   Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
-   Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
-   Organize daily schedules to reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads
-   Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
-   Conduct meetings, presentations, and property demonstrations
-   Handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively
-   Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
-   Prepare reports, proposals, and booking documentation
-   Conduct market research and monitor competitors

### **Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
-   Minimum **1 year of experience as a Senior Sales / Property Consultant / Property Advisor or similar role**
-   Background in **Real Estate or Banking** is preferred
-   Proven track record of achieving sales targets
-   Fluent in English (spoken & written)

### **Skills & Competencies**

-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-   Strong presentation and selling skills
-   Good organizational and time management skills
-   Strong problem-solving abilities
-   High level of professionalism and integrity
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
