## Description

The Venture Capital Senior Director is responsible for leading venture capital investment strategies, managing investment portfolios, identifying high-potential opportunities, and driving strategic partnerships within the startup and innovation ecosystem. The role oversees end-to-end investment activities and supports long-term value creation across the portfolio.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead venture capital investment strategy and portfolio management activities.
-   Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities across targeted sectors.
-   Conduct investment analysis, market assessments, and commercial due diligence.
-   Lead negotiations, investment structuring, and transaction execution processes.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, investors, accelerators, and ecosystem stakeholders.
-   Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic guidance when needed.
-   Drive value creation initiatives and support portfolio growth strategies.
-   Prepare investment recommendations, reports, and presentations for executive leadership and investment committees.
-   Identify emerging market trends and innovation opportunities aligned with organizational strategy.
-   Support fundraising activities, partnerships, and ecosystem development initiatives.
-   Lead and mentor venture capital and investment teams.

## Requirements

### **Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
-   12–18+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or investment advisory.
-   Strong experience in investment evaluation, portfolio management, and deal execution.
-   Deep understanding of startup ecosystems, innovation trends, and growth-stage investments.
-   Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
-   Proven experience managing investor and founder relationships.
-   Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
-   Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
-   Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
-   **Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.**
