### Job Summary

Arabian Co. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Unit Manager to lead the Urology/Andrology unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the sales team, strengthening market presence, and building strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and implement the business strategy for the Urology/Andrology unit in alignment with company objectives.
-   Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
-   Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance on a regular basis.
-   Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with Urologists, Andrologists, and Key Opinion Leaders.
-   Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
-   Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decisions.
-   Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and scientific activities.
-   Prepare accurate sales forecasts and manage the unit’s budget and P&L.
-   Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and productivity.
-   Ensure effective territory coverage and optimal resource allocation.
-   Manage relationships with distributors and external partners when applicable.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
-   3–5 years of experience in Urology or Andrology is a must.
-   Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-   Strong business acumen and market understanding.
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
