## Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of web development services, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business growth objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of web development technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful sales management.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive web development service sales.
-   Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
-   Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
-   Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
-   5+ years of sales experience in web development or IT services.
-   Proven experience in sales management and leading sales teams.
-   Strong knowledge of web development technologies and industry trends.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to develop strategic sales plans and meet sales targets.
-   Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
-   Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
-   Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
