### About the Role

As a Telesales Agent at Talent 360, you will be responsible for making cold calls, introducing our solutions, and scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives. You will use scripts, prospecting techniques, and CRM tools to nurture leads into opportunities and support the sales pipeline.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Introduce the company** and gather information about decision makers.
-   **Make cold calls** , answer incoming calls, and identify customer needs.
-   **Use scripts** to present product features, prices, and benefits.
-   **Research potential customers** via social media, directories, and other sources.
-   **Schedule appointments** for presales meetings.
-   **Register leads** in CRM and maintain accurate records.
-   **Persuade prospects** by demonstrating how solutions meet their needs.
-   **Handle complaints** and safeguard company reputation.
-   **Meet sales quotes** and support future sales growth.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a telemarketer, telesales agent, or in a similar sales/customer service role for 1 Year.
-   Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotes, preferably over the phone.
-   Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-   Proficient in English.
-   Skilled in negotiation and handling objections.
-   Persistent, patient, and results-driven.
