## Description

-   Lead and oversee the accounting team and daily financial operations.
-   Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
-   Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
-   Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
-   Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
-   Coordinate with clients to provide accounting and financial consulting services.
-   Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar leadership role.
-   Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-   Experience with ERP and accounting systems.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
-   Strong communication and client management abilities.
-   Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a plus.
-   Experience serving Saudi or GCC clients is an advantage.
