### About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Talent 360, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their shopping journey, promoting products, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to the achievement of store sales objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Welcome customers and provide a friendly, engaging, and personalized shopping experience.
-   Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.

-   Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
-   Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed attractively.
