## Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven **Finance Lead** to oversee and manage the financial operations of our entities in **Egypt and Saudi Arabia (KSA)**. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, treasury, and team leadership, with proven experience in the **logistics or supply chain industry** and a deep understanding of **Saudi and Egyptian accounting regulations**.

This role requires a hands-on finance professional capable of managing multi-country accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and IFRS standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations across Egypt and KSA.
-   Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely closings.
-   Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws and Saudi regulations including ZATCA, VAT, withholding tax, and Zakat.
-   Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
-   Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and treasury activities.
-   Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.
-   Lead and support the accounting team across both countries.
-   Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and ERP utilization.
-   Support management with financial insights, KPI reporting, and strategic planning.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
-   Previous experience in **logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain companies** is highly preferred.
-   Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
-   Strong understanding of:

-   Egyptian accounting and tax regulations.
-   Saudi financial regulations and ZATCA requirements.
