## Description

Talent 360 is hiring Site Engineer.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in bringing our innovative designs to reality, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. We are looking for a proactive, resourceful professional with 5–8 years of experience who is eager to collaborate, lead, and contribute to outstanding project outcomes.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site.
-   Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
-   Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
-   Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
-   Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
-   Review shop drawings, material submittals, and work progress.
-   Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
-   Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and project updates.
-   Monitor resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment.
-   Attend project meetings and communicate project status to management.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and HSE requirements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior or a related field.
-   **5–8 years of experience** in site engineering, construction supervision, or project execution.
-   Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control procedures.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
