## Description

We are hiring a Mid to Senior Level Logistics Manager for our coffee brand in Heliopolis. You will oversee the safe, efficient transport of raw coffee beans and packaged coffee products.

About the Role

-   Position: Logistics Manager (Coffee & Beverage)
-   Experience: 3 to 8+ years
-   Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
-   Job Type: Full-time

What You Will Do

-   Manage supply chain operations from bean sourcing to delivery.
-   Oversee dry storage facilities to maintain coffee bean quality.
-   Ensure compliance with beverage safety and handling laws.
-   Negotiate contracts with shipping lines and local carriers.
-   Track inventory levels of green beans and packaged goods.
-   Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators.
-   Optimize delivery routes to cafes and retail partners.

## Requirements

-   Proven logistics experience in coffee or beverages is required.
-   Strong knowledge of dry cargo and shelf-stable goods.
-   Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
-   Excellent negotiation and team leadership skills.
-   Fluent in Arabic and strong command of English.
-   Living in or near Heliopolis is preferred.
