**We're looking for a Senior Video Editor**

As a Senior Video Editor, you are the lead storyteller in post-production, responsible for shaping the project's final narrative and overseeing the entire editing process. You guide the creative direction of the edit, manage the post-production workflow, and ensure the final product exceeds creative and technical expectations.

**Job Requirements**

-   **Shape the Narrative:** Take the lead in defining the creative direction of the edit, making critical decisions about story structure, pacing, tone, and emotional impact.
-   **Oversee Post-Production Workflow:** Manage the entire editing process from the initial rough cut to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
-   **Lead and Mentor Editors:** Supervise and mentor Video Editors and Assistant Editors, providing clear creative guidance, technical assistance, and constructive feedback on their work.
-   **Quality Control:** Act as the final checkpoint for all video content, conducting comprehensive reviews for narrative cohesion, technical quality, and brand alignment before client delivery.
-   **Collaborate with Department Leads:** Work closely with department leads to ensure a unified and high-quality final product

## Requirements

**Job Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mass Communication or any related field
-   At least From 3- 5 years of  experience in working in the same position
-   Previous Experience in Marketing & Advertising Agencies **is a must**
-   **Fluent** in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing
-   Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and Adobe Premiere and After Effects tools
-   Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills
-   Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities
-   Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability
