The role also involves staying updated on industry hiring trends and ensuring compliance with recruitment best practices.

## Requirements

-   Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
-   Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for the banking or financial sector
-   Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
-   Strong organizational and time management capabilities
-   Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
-   Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
-   Knowledge of labor laws and industry hiring trends
