## Description

### Responsibilities

-   Supervise the full production process from samples to final production
-   Follow up on production timelines and factory deliveries
-   Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout all stages
-   Coordinate between the office, warehouse, and factories
-   Monitor inventory and production flow with warehouse teams
-   Conduct factory and field visits when needed
-   Solve production issues and ensure smooth operational workflow
-   Prepare production and follow-up reports regularly

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion production or garment manufacturing

-   Previous experience working with factories, warehouses, and field operations
-   Strong understanding of the production cycle from sampling to final delivery
-   Experience in quality control and production follow-up
-   Ability to coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-   Flexible to move between the office, warehouse, factories, and field visits when required
-   Good communication and reporting skills
