As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sr. M**echanical Design Engineer** to lead our mechanical design team and contribute to the successful delivery of diverse and challenging projects.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead, mentor, and manage the Mechanical Design team across multiple projects.
-   Develop and review HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems designs.
-   Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
-   Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to achieve seamless project integration.
-   Review calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
-   Manage project workloads, schedules, and team performance.
-   Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases.
-   Participate in client meetings and technical discussions when required.

## Requirements

### Requirements:

-   Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-   7**\+ years of experience** in mechanical design within an engineering consultancy environment.
-   Previous experience leading or supervising a mechanical design team.
-   Strong technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-   Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.

### Software Proficiency:

-   **Revit MEP**
-   **AutoCAD**
-   **HAP**
-   **Elite Software**
-   Strong knowledge and Experience of BIM coordination and design workflows.
