## Description

-   Review and study project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
-   Ensure that drawings and technical documents are aligned with site conditions and project requirements.
-   Conduct technical reviews and identify discrepancies or clashes between drawings and actual site conditions.
-   Assist the project team in resolving technical problems and providing practical construction solutions.
-   Follow up on technical approvals and ensure that approved documents are properly communicated to the site team.
-   Conduct site visits when required to verify technical details and support project execution.
-   Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, technical submissions, and project documentation.
-   Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
-   Participate in project meetings and provide technical input when required.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline**.
-   **2–5 years of relevant experience** in construction, fit-out, or technical office work.
-   Previous experience in interior fit-out or high-end residential/commercial projects is highly preferred.
-   Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
-   Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
-   Experience preparing or reviewing shop drawings and technical submissions.
-   Good knowledge of **AutoCAD**.
-   Knowledge of **Revit, BIM, or other engineering/design software** is an advantage.
