## Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Director of Human Resources** to lead and oversee all HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting business growth through effective people management practices.

## Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Minimum **10 years of progressive HR experience**, including leadership roles.

•Previous experience as **HR Director, Head of HR, or Senior HR Manager**.

•Experience within **Facilities Management, Real Estate, Services, Infrastructure, or related industries** is highly preferred.

•Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and HR best practices.

•Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and change management.

•Experience working in multinational or large-scale organizations.

•Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

•Fluency in both **Arabic and English** is required.
