## Description

We’re looking for an experienced HR Director to lead our people strategy, build scalable HR frameworks, and drive organizational growth within a fast-growing company.

## Requirements

\* 10+ years of HR experience.

\* Proven experience in an HR Director / Head of HR / Senior HR Leadership role.

\* Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.

\* Proven ability to build HR strategies, systems, and processes from the ground up.

\* Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.

\* Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

\* SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

\* Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

\* Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across all business functions.

\* Build and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee frameworks.

\* Design and implement performance management and employee development strategies.

\* Drive employee engagement and build a strong company culture.

\* Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

\* Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and business growth.

\* Analyze HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
