**Reachcom for Media & Advertising is hiring an Account Director.**  
This is a **full-time** position based in **Maadi, Egypt**, for candidates with **extensive experience in account management and client services**.

### **About the Role**

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven **Account Director** to manage client relationships, oversee key accounts, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an excellent leader, and experienced in aligning client goals with creative solutions.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and manage multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
-   Develop account strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency capabilities.
-   Oversee project execution, timelines, and budgets while maintaining quality standards.
-   Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
-   Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production departments.
-   Provide leadership and mentorship to account managers and coordinators.
-   Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients and internal teams.

### **Work Conditions:**

-   **Working Days:** Sunday to Thursday
-   **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field**.

-   **At least 7 years of experience** in account management or client services, preferably in an advertising or media agency.
-   Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale accounts successfully.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
-   Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with advertising, media planning, and digital marketing practices.
