-   Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within the banking sector (Software & Development, IT, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity).

-   Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

## Requirements

-   1–3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.

-   Proven experience hiring for the **banking or financial services sector** is a must.

-   Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT profiles.

-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
