**XR Experience** for Advertising is hiring an **Interior Designer** to join our Production Team.

This is a full-time position based in Maadi, Egypt.

**About the Role:**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and space planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into functional, visually appealing, and execution-ready designs for events, activations, exhibitions, retail spaces, and branded environments.

This role requires someone who can balance creativity with technical knowledge while ensuring designs are practical, cost-efficient, and aligned with project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

\- Develop creative interior design concepts for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, booths, and brand activations.

\- Create detailed layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings.

\- Prepare shop drawings and execution details using AutoCAD and design software.

\- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements that align with project concepts and budgets.

\- Collaborate closely with production, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.

\- Conduct site visits to supervise implementation and ensure design quality standards are met.

\- Modify and optimize designs based on client feedback, project timelines, and operational needs.

\- Ensure all designs reflect brand identity and meet client expectations.

## Requirements

\- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

\- 2–4 years of experience in interior design, preferably in events, exhibitions, retail design, or advertising production.

\- Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.

\- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

\- Experience with 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus.

\- Good understanding of materials, furniture, finishes, and production methods.

\- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

\- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
