## Description

**Dunes** is seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Site Engineer** to join our team for our ongoing projects located in **Sheikh Zayed City**.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   **Site Supervision:** Direct, monitor, and manage daily site labor and subcontractors to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
-   **Execution & Quality Control:** Oversee structural (concrete) and finishing works, ensuring they strictly match shop drawings, technical specifications, and consultant requirements.
-   **Quantity Surveying:** Conduct regular on-site quantity surveys and measurement verifications to review and approve subcontractor invoices.
-   **Coordination:** Liaise constantly with the Technical Office to resolve any drawing discrepancies promptly and prevent site delays.
-   **HSE Compliance:** Strictly enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and regulations on-site.

## Requirements

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

**Experience:** Minimum of **5 years** of solid, proven experience in site execution (Structural & Finishing works).

**Technical Skills:** Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings, with strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

**Interpersonal Skills:** Strong leadership, firm personality, and excellent problem-solving skills to manage site challenges and communicate effectively with subcontractors and laborers.
