### **Job Summary**

We're looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** to drive revenue growth, lead the sales team, and manage the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **ERP, SaaS, or technology sales**, with the ability to manage complex B2B deals, build accurate forecasts, and align sales commitments with delivery outcomes.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with company revenue goals
-   Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
-   Oversee the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
-   Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts
-   Lead client negotiations, pricing, and commercial proposals
-   Ensure strong CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting
-   Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure scope and commercial alignment
-   Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the ERP/Odoo ecosystem
-   Coach and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular reviews

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field
-   **6–10 years** of experience in **ERP, SaaS, or technology sales**
-   **3–5 years** in a managerial or team leadership role
-   Strong experience in **enterprise B2B sales** and complex sales cycles
-   Strong knowledge of **ERP solutions** and solution selling
-   Experience with **CRM systems** and sales forecasting tools
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
-   **Excellent English** (written and spoken)
-   **Odoo experience is a strong advantage**

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
-   ERP Sales / Solution Consulting certifications are a plus
-   Odoo ecosystem knowledge or certification is highly preferred
