## Description

We’re hiring an HR Generalist to join Talent 360!

🔎 Role Overview:

The HR Generalist will support comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, and HR reporting/administration

📌 Key Responsibilities:

\* Managing recruitment processes

\* Handling employee relations

\* Assisting with OD initiatives

\* Coordinating employee development & performance cycles

\* Conducting new hire orientations

\* Maintaining HR records & generating HR reports

## Requirements

2–5 years of experience in HR

\* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

\* Strong knowledge of Labor Law & employment equity regulations

\* Strong HR administration & people management skills

\* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

\* Strong decision-making & problem-solving abilities
