## Description

### **We're hiring a Sales Team Leader**

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and manage the sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets
-   Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
-   Generate leads and build strong client relationships
-   Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance
-   Analyze market trends and competitor activities
-   Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
-   Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
-   Handle objections professionally and close high-value deals
-   Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and sales forecasts
-   Ensure exceptional client experience and identify new business opportunities

### **Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
-   Minimum **1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader** (Real Estate preferred)
-   Background in **Real Estate or Banking** is a must
-   Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
-   Fluent in English (spoken & written)
-   Must own a car
