Kemet Corporation is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional CEO Assistant to join our Executive Office team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive correspondence

• Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders

• Support strategic projects and follow up on priorities

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or CEO Assistant

-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-   Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-   Preferably skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
-   Good command of the English language
-   Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
