# Site Engineering Team Leader

## Description

-   Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assigned site team.
-   Distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members according to project priorities.
-   Ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
-   Monitor daily productivity and progress and report any delays or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
-   Follow up on material requirements and communicate shortages or delays to the responsible team.
-   Ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and efficiently.
-   Maintain discipline and professional conduct within the assigned team.
-   Assist in resolving day-to-day site problems and escalate technical issues when necessary.
-   Support project activities during snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover.
-   Ensure that assigned activities are completed within the required timeframe and quality standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in \*Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field\* is preferred.
-   3–7 years of relevant experience\* in construction, fit-out, interior works, or a related field.
-   Previous experience supervising construction or fit-out teams is highly preferred.
-   Strong practical knowledge of construction and site activities.
-   Ability to understand and follow architectural, civil, or MEP drawings relevant to the assigned work.
-   Experience coordinating workers, subcontractors, and different site trades.
-   Strong leadership and team-management skills.
