### **Property Consultant**

**Meras Real Estate** is currently seeking a **Property Consultant** with at least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related field to join our growing team in **Heliopolis**.

### **Job Responsibilities:**

-   Represent Meras Real Estate’s portfolio of properties with a strong understanding of market trends and client needs.
-   Generate leads and build lasting relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
-   Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and client management.
-   Conduct property tours, meetings, and presentations to potential buyers and investors.
-   Prepare professional proposals, reports, and presentations for management and clients.
-   Stay up to date with market dynamics, competitor offerings, and project developments.
-   Ensure exceptional service quality and maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

## Requirements

**Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration or a related field.

**Minimum 1 year of experience** in real estate sales, property consultancy, or banking.

**Fluent in English** with strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** applications.

Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of managing client relationships professionally.

Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is a strong advantage.

## Benefits

**Working Days:** Sunday to Thursday

**Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

**Days Off:** Friday and Saturday

**Location:** Heliopolis, Cairo
