## Description

**Role Overview:**  
Innovitics is hiring a Frontend Team Lead who will be responsible for managing frontend development activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of frontend projects within timelines and quality standards.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
-   Lead, mentor, and support the frontend team, promoting best practices and continuous development.
-   Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.
-   Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure reliability.
-   Work closely with backend teams, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
-   Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where needed.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
-   6+ years of experience in frontend development, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
-   Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
-   Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend best practices.
-   Experience with Git and build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
-   Good understanding of UX/UI principles.
-   Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
