## Description

We are looking for a motivated **Sales Agent** to join Taraabot, a growing platform in the mental health and personal development space.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

-   Handling inbound and outbound sales leads
-   Presenting and selling coaching programs and workshops
-   Building strong relationships with potential clients
-   Following up with leads and converting them into paying customers
-   Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable programs
-   Achieving monthly sales targets
-   Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems

## Requirements

-   1–2 years of experience in sales
-   Previous experience in similar industries is a must (Life Coaching, Parenting, Relationship Coaching, or Personal Development)
-   Strong communication and persuasion skills
-   Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
-   Good level of English
