## Description

We are looking for a **hands-on, delivery-focused Senior UX/UI Designer** to create build-ready designs for **web, intranet, enterprise portals, and mobile experiences**.

### 🔹 **Role Overview**

-   Translate **business & functional requirements** into practical, tested designs
-   Work closely with **Project Managers, BAs, Developers & Clients**
-   Ensure **consistency, usability, and successful implementation** across platforms

## Requirements

### 🌐 **Platforms & Projects**

-   Public websites (Government / Free Zone / Enterprise)
-   Intranets & Employee Experience Platforms
-   Business applications & workflows
-   Mobile & responsive web apps
-   Liferay DXP–based platforms & other frameworks

### ✅ **Key Responsibilities**

-   Transform BRDs & user stories into **user journeys, task flows & screen flows**
-   Conduct **UX discovery, stakeholder interviews, validation workshops**
-   Deliver **personas, journey maps, IA, navigation models**
-   Design **developer-ready UI, modular/reusable components, and design systems**
-   Handle **Arabic & English layouts (RTL/LTR)**
-   Design for **responsive, tablet, and kiosk use cases**
-   Create **wireframes, clickable prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs**
-   Ensure **visual consistency & clear specifications for dev handover**
