## Description

CardoO is looking for a creative and trend-savvy **Reel Maker** to produce engaging short-form video content across platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role is key to building brand awareness and driving audience engagement through visually compelling and trend-driven content.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Create engaging and high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
-   Edit raw footage into polished content using creative transitions, effects, captions, and music
-   Develop content ideas aligned with current social media trends and brand voice
-   Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and execute video concepts
-   Optimize videos for maximum reach, engagement, and platform performance
-   Stay up to date with trending audio, formats, and hashtag strategies
-   Manage content scheduling and posting (if required)
-   Continuously improve content performance based on analytics and feedback  
      
    **Qualifications**

-   Portfolio showcasing previous reels or short-form video projects
-   Relevant experience in social media content creation, video editing, or digital marketing

## Requirements

-   Proven experience creating short-form video content with strong engagement or viral reach
-   Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
-   Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms
-   Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual skills
-   Familiarity with trending content styles, sounds, and social media behaviors
-   Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop (preferred)
-   Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt content quickly to trends
