## Description

We are looking for a creative and well-organized Event Planner to join our Catering Division. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering events from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a high-quality client experience aligned with our brands.

**Key Responsibilities**

\- Plan and manage catering events (corporate, private, and outdoor events).

\- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, budget, and expectations.

\- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams for smooth execution.

\- Prepare event proposals, quotations, and timelines.

\- Supervise event setup, service flow, and breakdown.

\- Manage suppliers, rentals, and event materials.

\- Ensure brand presentation and service standards during events.

\- Handle on-site problem solving and client communication.

## Requirements

-   2–4 years of experience in event planning, preferably in F&B or catering.

-   Strong organizational and communication skills.

-   Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.

-   Good negotiation and supplier management skills.

-   Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

-   Proficient in Excel, email communication, and basic reporting
