## Description

### 🚢 Hiring: Junior Import Operations Specialist

We’re hiring a **Junior Import Operations Specialist** to join a leading **Freight Forwarding** company in **Sheraton, Cairo**.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s Degree.
-   1+ year of experience in **Import Operations / Freight Forwarding**.
-   Experience with **Sea & Air Freight** is preferred.
-   Good knowledge of import shipment procedures.
-   Familiarity with **BL, D/O, ETA, Demurrage & Detention**.
-   Good command of English.
-   Good MS Office skills, especially **Excel & Outlook**.
-   Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Follow up on import shipments from start until delivery.
-   Monitor ETA/ATA and update shipment status.
-   Review BL, Invoice, and Packing List.
-   Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, agents, and customs clearance teams.
-   Follow up on Delivery Orders and shipment release.
-   Handle shipment delays/issues and provide regular client updates.
-   Follow up on shipment expenses, invoices, and system updates.

📍 **Location:** Sheraton, Cairo  
🕘 **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days/week
