## Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client accounts, manage strategic relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee account performance, lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality projects and services.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

-   12+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or related fields.

-   Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership/director-level role.

-   Strong background in managing corporate and B2B clients.

-   Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-   Fluent in Arabic and English.

-   Experience within agencies, events, advertising, PR, or corporate client services is highly preferred.
-   PMP or equivalent certificates is a must.
