### About the Role

At Talent 360, HR is more than a support function—it’s our core business. As an HR Advisor, you’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, advise business leaders, and deliver people solutions that make a real impact across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

### What You’ll Do

-   Act as the main HR contact for assigned client accounts and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
-   Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
-   Guide clients on HR policies, best practices, and labor law compliance.
-   Handle employee relations matters professionally, confidentially, and with sound judgment.
-   Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment needs and workforce planning.
-   Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
-   Help improve internal processes and the overall quality of service delivery.

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar people-focused HR role.
-   Good working knowledge of Egyptian and/or Saudi labor law.
-   Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
-   The ability to manage several priorities effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
-   A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Professional HR certification, such as HRCI, SHRM, or CIPD, is an advantage.
