## Description

**About the Role**  
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Architectural Engineer** to join our team, with a primary focus on project handover and client delivery processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and are completed on time.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and follow up on project handover and delivery processes.
-   Coordinate with site, technical office, and clients to ensure smooth project close-out.
-   Prepare and review handover documents (drawings, BOQs, snag lists, etc.).
-   Ensure all project requirements and specifications are met before delivery.
-   Conduct site visits for inspections and final handover.
-   Handle client comments and ensure all remarks are closed efficiently.
-   Maintain proper documentation and records for all delivered projects.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
-   2–4 years of experience.
-   Experience in project handover or technical office is a plus.
-   Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
-   Excellent communication and coordination skills.
-   High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
