## Requirements

✅ 1+ years in administrative, executive assistant, or back office support roles, OR

✅ 1+ years in remote/freelance work with international clients (**US, EU, AUS, SG, etc.**), OR

✅ **BPO background:** At least **6 months in a Tier 1 role** (CSR, TSR, Sales) **plus 1+ year in a support/supervisory role or higher.**

Technical Skills

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

✅ Email management and communication tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.)

✅ Basic knowledge of project management or task tracking tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, etc.)

✅ Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly

Must-Have

🖥️ Reliable computer/laptop capable of handling professional tasks

🌐 Stable, high-speed internet connection

⚡ Backup power/internet solution to ensure reliability
