## Description

Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America. As the business continues to scale and expand into new regulated markets, we are now looking for a proactive Legal Counsel who will strengthen the company’s legal foundation and support its international growth.

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Law (Czech or Slovak university preferred)
-   3+ years of legal experience, ideally in gaming, fintech, or tech sectors
-   Excellent written and spoken English and Czech
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment
-   Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and learn quickly
-   Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment

### Responsibilities:

-   Draft and review international contracts (B2B, B2C, licensing, and distribution)
-   Advise management on corporate governance, compliance, and risk mitigation
-   Coordinate with external law firms and regulators worldwide
-   Monitor gambling regulations and industry developments across key gaming jurisdictions;
-   Ensure and monitor the Company’s compliance with licensing, regulatory, AML/KYC, and responsible gambling requirements in licensed markets;
-   Assist in developing and updating internal legal policies and procedures;
