International IT company is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to join its finance team. **About the Role:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to join our finance team in Prague. The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, work with financial documentation and reporting, and help ensure accuracy across internal financial processes. This role is a great opportunity for professionals looking to further develop their finance career within an international IT environment.  

### **Responsibilities:**

-   Process financial and accounting documentation
-   Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and analytical materials
-   Perform reconciliations with clients and suppliers
-   Monitor accuracy and completeness of financial information
-   Support internal financial operations and reporting processes
-   Collaborate with the finance team on daily activities and ongoing projects

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
-   Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
-   Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
-   High level of responsibility and accuracy
-   Basic knowledge of Czech accounting principles
-   Ability to work with large volumes of financial data
-   English level B1+ or higher
