## Description

-   Process technical requests from clients via chat and email
-   Analyze and resolve technical issues related to web products
-   Investigate problems independently and identify root causes
-   Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
-   Ensure high-quality technical support and accurate responses to client inquirie**s**

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
-   Strong written communication skills in **English and Russian**
-   Good understanding of **web technologies** and **client–server architecture**
-   Ability to analyze **HTML and CSS** from a technical perspective
-   Experience using **browser Developer Tools**
-   Experience working with **Postman**
-   Ability to read and understand **API documentation**
-   Basic knowledge of **DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP**
-   Strong **analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills**
-   Basic **programming knowledge** in any language
-   Experience creating **technical documentation and user instructions**
