## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI / Business Intelligence.
-   Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases and large datasets.
-   Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboards, reports, data visualization, and data models.
-   Good knowledge of DAX and experience creating measures and calculated metrics.
-   Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
-   Strong understanding of data collection, cleaning, transformation, and validation.
-   Ability to analyze business metrics, identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
-   Experience handling ad-hoc analytical requests from business teams.
-   Ability to translate business requirements into analytical and BI solutions.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience in reporting automation and optimization of analytical processes.
-   Ability to create clear, user-friendly dashboards for different stakeholder levels, including C-level.
-   Good communication skills and ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
-   Experience in iGaming or a similar data-driven industry would be a strong advantage.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Collection, cleaning, transformation, and validation of data from internal databases and BI systems.
-   Development and support of reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions in Power BI.
-   Writing SQL queries and using Python for automation and data processing tasks.
-   Development and support of DAX measures, calculated metrics, and data models.
-   Processing ad-hoc analytical requests from business teams (AM, TL, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
-   Analysis of business metrics, identification of anomalies, trends, and growth opportunities.
-   Participation in automation and optimization of internal reporting and analytical processes.
-   Translating business requirements into analytical and BI solutions
-   Designing user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations for different stakeholder levels (AM, TL, C-level).
-   Participation in the development of the analytics infrastructure and data-driven decision-making processes.
