### About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Sales to drive commercial expansion across African markets.

This role requires ownership of regional sales strategy, active B2B deal closing, and leadership of a sales team. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong commercial pipeline, establishing long-term operator partnerships, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth within the region.

The position requires a deep understanding of African iGaming markets and strong experience in B2B commercial negotiations.

## Requirements

**Experience:**

· 3+ years of B2B sales experience

· At least 1 year of team management experience

· Strong background in iGaming (aggregators / providers / platforms)

· Proven experience working with African markets

· Understanding of key operators, partners, and market specifics in Africa

· Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

· Proactive and result-driven mindset

· English - professional working proficiency

**Skills:**

• Strong strategic thinking and execution capability  
• Ability to manage long sales cycles
