Our partner is a fast-growing data-enrichment company (~$10M ARR) in scale mode, selling into midmarket, enterprise, and strategic accounts.

### The Opportunity

Our partner is building its sales-development function from scratch and hiring two founding BDRs. This is a ground-floor role and a clear stepping stone to an Account Executive seat — ideal for a hungry, high-energy person early in their career who wants to outwork everyone and earn their way up fast.

### Responsibilities

-   Drive high-volume outbound (100+ dials per day) with energy and a great attitude
-   Book qualified meetings for the sales team
-   Research accounts and personas to sharpen targeting
-   Learn the full sales motion with a clear path toward an AE role

### Requirements

-   No prior experience required — recent grads welcome
-   Relentless work ethic and hustle with a positive attitude
-   Strong academic record and/or standout side projects and a track record of success
-   Clear ambition to grow into an AE role
-   Able to work onsite in San Francisco
