Our partner is a rapidly growing **Series A vertical SaaS company** building a mission-critical operating platform for franchised brands across industries including restaurants, retail, fitness, personal services, and home services. The product functions as an operating system for multi-location brands — supporting executive visibility, operational execution, and frontline employee enablement.

The company recently raised a significant Series A round and is forecasting strong year-over-year revenue growth. With high customer satisfaction, strong inbound demand, and limited direct competition in its category, the go-to-market engine is scaling quickly. Headcount is expected to approach 100 employees within the next two quarters, and the sales organization is expanding to support growing demand.

### The Opportunity

Our partner is hiring **Business Development Representatives (BDRs)** to help fuel the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role responsible for generating qualified pipeline and partnering closely with Account Executives in a proven sales motion.

This position offers meaningful exposure to sales leadership, structured coaching, and a clear pathway into closing roles. High-performing BDRs will have the opportunity to advance into Account Executive positions as the team continues to grow.

### Responsibilities

-   Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
-   Engage inbound leads and qualify opportunities for Account Executives
-   Schedule discovery calls and support early-stage deal development
-   Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
-   Collaborate closely with AEs and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
-   Continuously improve outreach strategy and messaging performance

### Requirements

-   0–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Comfortable engaging prospective customers and handling objections
-   Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance metrics
-   Coachable and eager to grow within a high-performance sales organization
-   Willingness to work in a hybrid Denver-based environment
