## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist Urologist** to provide comprehensive diagnosis and management of urinary tract and male reproductive system disorders. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical and surgical expertise with a patient-centered approach.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive urological consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
-   Diagnose and manage **kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate disorders, urinary incontinence, and other urological conditions**.
-   Perform and manage appropriate urological procedures and surgeries within the scope of expertise.
-   Manage patients with **benign prostatic hyperplasia, hematuria, urinary obstruction, and recurrent urinary infections**.
-   Perform or assist with endoscopic procedures such as cystoscopy and other minimally invasive interventions.
-   Evaluate and manage male reproductive and sexual health conditions where appropriate.
-   Interpret ultrasound, CT, MRI, laboratory investigations, uroflowmetry, and other diagnostic tests.
-   Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and monitor patients for complications.
-   Manage urological emergencies including urinary retention, obstructed infected systems, renal colic, and acute urological trauma.
-   Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, general surgeons, and other specialists.
-   Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MS / DNB / MRCS / FRCS / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Urology.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in general urology and urological procedures.
-   Surgical experience and an appropriate surgical logbook may be required for licensing review.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skills, and patient-management abilities.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
