## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the surgical management of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and associated structures.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of oral and maxillofacial conditions.
-   Perform complex tooth extractions and dentoalveolar surgical procedures.
-   Manage impacted teeth, jaw cysts, oral lesions, and other maxillofacial conditions.
-   Perform surgical interventions for facial trauma and jaw injuries.
-   Manage infections and other complex conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial region.
-   Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
-   Collaborate with dentists, orthodontists, ENT specialists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
-   Counsel patients regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and recovery.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and surgical documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   BDS/DDS or equivalent dental degree.
-   MDS/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery**.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Strong experience in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
-   Experience in facial trauma management and complex oral surgery is an advantage.
-   Excellent surgical skills, clinical judgment, and decision-making abilities.
-   Strong communication and patient-management skills.
