## Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Specialist Endodontist to join our dedicated dental team. The Specialist Endodontist will focus on providing expert diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and root tissues, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes.

### Responsibilities:

-   Diagnose and treat complex endodontic cases including root canal therapy, retreatments, and endodontic surgeries.
-   Utilize advanced technologies and techniques to provide precise and effective treatments.
-   Collaborate with the dental team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
-   Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, and aftercare.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate patient records adhering to all regulatory requirements.
-   Adhere strictly to infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
-   Participate in continuous professional development to stay current on advances in endodontics.

## Requirements

-   DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution with specialized training in Endodontics.
-   Board certification or eligibility in Endodontics preferred.
-   Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as a Specialist Endodontist.
-   Excellent proficiency in both surgical and non-surgical endodontic techniques.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
-   Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
-   Familiarity with dental practice management software is advantageous.
