## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Hair Transplant Specialist Doctor** with a valid **DHA License or DHA Eligibility** to join a leading aesthetic and dermatology clinic in Dubai. The successful candidate will specialize in advanced hair restoration procedures, including FUE and DHI techniques, while providing comprehensive patient consultations, treatment planning, and post-procedure care to achieve optimal clinical and aesthetic outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct detailed consultations and assess patients for hair restoration procedures.
-   Diagnose hair loss disorders and recommend appropriate medical and surgical treatment plans.
-   Perform hair transplant procedures using **Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)**, **Direct Hair Implantation (DHI)**, and other advanced techniques.
-   Design natural hairlines based on facial aesthetics and patient expectations.
-   Harvest, prepare, and implant hair follicles with precision to maximize graft survival and natural-looking results.
-   Perform PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, mesotherapy, and other adjunctive hair restoration treatments where appropriate.
-   Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
-   Monitor patient recovery and manage any complications or concerns.
-   Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and clinic staff to ensure smooth procedure flow and exceptional patient experience.
-   Maintain accurate medical records, procedure notes, consent forms, and clinical documentation.
-   Adhere to DHA regulations, infection control protocols, and international patient safety standards.
-   Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education (CME).

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
-   Postgraduate qualification in **Dermatology**, **Plastic Surgery**, **Cosmetic Surgery**, or another relevant specialty recognized by DHA.
-   **Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility** as a Specialist/Consultant is mandatory.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of independent experience** performing hair transplant procedures.
-   Demonstrated expertise in **FUE** and **DHI** hair transplantation techniques.
-   Experience in PRP therapy, mesotherapy, and non-surgical hair restoration treatments is highly preferred.
-   Strong understanding of scalp anatomy, hair restoration principles, and aesthetic facial design.
-   Excellent communication, consultation, and patient counseling skills.
-   Commitment to delivering safe, ethical, and high-quality aesthetic care.
