## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Intensive Care Consultant** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide expert care to critically ill patients, manage complex medical conditions, and lead clinical decision-making in the intensive care unit (ICU).

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
-   Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex and life-threatening conditions.
-   Manage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction.
-   Oversee ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care interventions.
-   Lead emergency resuscitation and stabilization efforts.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
-   Supervise and guide junior doctors and other clinical staff.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   Relevant postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, or Anesthesiology with appropriate critical care training.
-   Significant post-specialization experience in intensive care at Consultant level.
-   Strong clinical leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
