## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Medical Oncologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating cancer using systemic therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and other evidence-based treatment approaches.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and manage patients with various types of cancer.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on cancer type, stage, and patient needs.
-   Administer and monitor systemic cancer treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
-   Evaluate treatment responses and manage therapy-related side effects and complications.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary cancer care with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists.
-   Counsel patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and supportive care.
-   Monitor patients throughout treatment and follow-up.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and follow established clinical protocols.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB in General Medicine or an equivalent qualification, followed by DM/DNB or an equivalent specialization in Medical Oncology.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Experience in managing diverse cancer cases and systemic cancer therapies.
-   Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills.
